Bombers begin homestand with three games this weekend

Dayton, OH - The Dayton Bombers of the ECHL will begin a three game homestand this weekend, featuring two games at the EJ Nutter Center on Friday and Sunday and one game at historic Hobart Arena on Saturday.

On Friday, February 16, at 7:00 p.m. the Bombers will take on the Reading Royals. The Bombers are 2-0 against Reading already this season, having won one game in Dayton (3-2 on November 2nd ) and one game in Reading (4-3 on January 1st). During the first intermission of Friday's game, one lucky fan will have an opportunity to win $99,000 in the K99 shootout. Also, another lucky fan will have a chance to be eligible to win a Ford F-150 in the Prestige Ford shootout and before, during or after the game, the American Cornhole Association will be set up on the Flight Deck for all fans to enjoy.

The Bombers and Royals will face off once again on Saturday, February 17, at 8:00 p.m., but this game will be played at historic Hobart Arena in Troy, Ohio, due to the ESPN national telecast of the Wright State University Men's basketball game being played at the Nutter Center. All tickets are $10 for this event, call 937-339-2911 to order tickets.

Sunday, February 18, at 5:00 p.m. the Bombers return to the Nutter Center to take on the Columbia Inferno of the South Division. The Bombers and the Inferno have met three times in their history. This game will feature McDonald's Family Pack Sunday; Family Packs include four silver level tickets, four $5 food vouchers, four Cricket chuck-a-puck vouchers and a game night program for only $48. Sunday will also be the second player card set giveaway of the season. Fans will get a free card set compliments of Big League Cards as they enter the Nutter Center and are invited to stay after the game for an autograph session of the participating players.

The Bombers will also be holding special sales on selected merchandise for all three games this weekend. Autographed player buttons and replica jerseys will be on sale. Fans will receive $10 off 2006-07 replicas and $20 off 2005-2006 replicas.

Bombers season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase a three game playoff package and reserve their seat for the first three Bombers home playoff games. If any or all of the three home games are not played, than the balance of the playoff package that was purchased will be applied to the 2007-08 season ticket account or refunded at the request of the season ticket holder. Season ticket holders can also begin renewing their season tickets on the season ticket holder Flight Deck starting Friday night. Members of the front office staff will be present to answer any questions about renewing season tickets for next season. Any season ticket holder wishing to pay in full by March 16, 2007, will receive 25% savings off the regular season ticket price, one Columbus Blue Jackets preseason ticket per seat renewed and free parking with a designated lot.
