BANDITS RECAP â
Bandits 2, PENSACOLA 1 â Adam Hauser stopped 34 shots and the Jackson Bandits defeated the Pensacola Ice Pilots, 2-1. Hauser denied all 23 shots he faced over the first two periods and had a bid for his sixth shutout of the season broken with 42 seconds left by Trevor Allman's 16th goal of the season. It was the third straight win for Hauser, who improved to 20-9-4 with the club. John McNabb opened the scoring midway through the second period and Jeff Bes tallied 3:22 later for Jackson, which is unbeaten in regulation in its last seven games (6-0-1). Maxime Gingras stopped 21 shots for Pensacola, which is winless in its last six games (0-5-1).

Bobby Brown added a pair of assists and Phil Osaer, making his first appearance, recorded 29 saves to pick up the win for Louisiana, which has won three straight games. Darryl Laplante and Eric Fortier each scored a goal and Tyrone Garner stopped 18 shots for Jackson, which had its three-game winning streak snapped.
Bandits 0, LOUISIANA 1 â Kyle Kettles stopped 30 shots to help the Louisiana IceGators blank the Jackson Bandits, 1-0. Kettles, who is tied for the league lead with five shutouts, made 18 saves in the third period to notch his second straight shutout. J.P. Mississippi currently leads the series 19 points to 6 and has won 7 of their last 10 games. However, the Sea Wolves have been 17-16-1 on the road this year, allowing 83 goals in the 2nd period alone. Mississippi is led offensively by Steffon Walby (41g-44a) and led defensively by goaltender Greg Gardner (30-16-4, .918 save percentage). Game time for this Saturday's game is 7:05 p.m.
