Kansas City Current Announce Time Change for March 30
March 18, 2024 - KANSAS CITY - The Kansas City Current, along with the National Women's Soccer League and Angel City FC, have announced a new start time for the team's match March 30. Originally scheduled for a 1:30 p.m. start time, the match will now begin at 2:30 p.m. CT. The match will be carried live on ESPN and ESPN+. March 18, 2024 - The North Carolina Courage won its opening game of the 2024 National Women's Soccer League season with a 5-1 victory over the Houston Dash in front of 5,878 fans, a club record for home openers, at WakeMed Soccer Park on Saturday evening.
The Courage had possession of the ball 58 percent of the time. Newcomer Bianca St-Georges became the first player in the NWSL with a brace in her team debut since 2014.
