June 4, 2026 - WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Soccer Foundation recognized leaders in social impact at the Congressional Soccer Match on June 3, presenting its four annual awards to organizations and individuals using soccer to create meaningful change. This year's honorees include the LA Galaxy, Stand Together, Newark Public Schools, Think Together, Alex Morgan, and Tyler Adams.

Angel City Football Club Heads into NWSL Break with Loss to North Carolina Courage at Home
May 31, 2026 - LOS ANGELES - Angel City Football Club (ACFC) fell 2-1 to the North Carolina Courage on Sunday afternoon at BMO Stadium, despite a second-half goal from Maiara Niehues and strong saves by goalkeeper Angelina Anderson.
After a scoreless opening half, North Carolina struck first in the 48th minute when forward Evelyn Ijeh found the back of the net to give the visitors a 1-0 advantage.

May 29, 2026 - LOS ANGELES - Angel City Football Club (ACFC) players have received international call-ups for the June international window, representing their respective national teams.
Defender Gisele Thompson has received her ninth senior US Women's National Team call-up following her recent selection in April, when the United States posted a 2-1-0 record against Japan.
