March 16, 2026 - LOS ANGELES - As announced by the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, San Diego Stadium has been selected to host 11 LA28 Olympic Football (Soccer) Tournament matches in 2028. San Diego will welcome a combined eleven men's and women's group stage matches (July 11, July 14 and July 17, 2028), a women's quarterfinal match on July 21, a men's and women's semifinal match on July 24-25, and the men's and women's bronze medal matches on July 27-28. March 14, 2026 - San Diego FC faced FC Dallas at Toyota Stadium on Saturday, March 14. After 90 minutes of play, the match finished level, 3-3.
