West Valley City, Utah - Five different Bakersfield Condors found the back of the net as they cruised to a 5-3 victory over the Utah Grizzlies, Friday night at the E-Center.

Bakersfield jumped to an early 1-0 lead less than three minutes into the first period, when Joel Irving sailed the puck over the right shoulder of Grizzlies netminder, Justin Eddy. The Grizzlies knotted the score at one when Louis Dumont found Ryan Kinasewich in front of the net for the score at the 11:50 mark. Less than two minutes later on a Grizzlies power-play, Louis Dumont took a Lou Dimasi pass and hooked up once again with Ryan Kinasewich, who lit the lamp for his second goal of the night, giving the Grizzlies a 2-1 lead. Condors center, Mike Hofstrand, tied the game at two when he scored his eighth goal of the season.

In the second period, the Grizzlies were unable to muster any offense as the Condors took a 4-2 lead, thanks to goals from Jason Norrie and Kevin St. Jacques.

Just 26 seconds into the third period, Scott Borders took an assist from Andrew Ianiero and lifted the Condors to a 5-2 lead. The Grizzlies erupted for 22 shots on goal in the third period, but their only score came when Garett Cameron scored his twelfth goal of the year at the 9:26 mark. Assists went to Ryan Kinasewich and Louis Dumont.

Ryan Kinasewich (2 goals, 1 assist) and Louis Dumont (3 assists) each had three-point outings for the Grizzlies Friday night.

The Grizzlies (21-17-3) face-off against the Condors once again, Saturday night at the E-Center. The puck drops at 7:05 p.m.
