ECHL Board of Governors Midseason Meeting

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL Board of Governors held its Midseason Meeting on Wednesday in Fresno, Calif. in conjunction with the ECHL All-Star Game presented by Bud Light.

ECHL, PHPA Announce Three-Year Extension To CBA

The Board unanimously ratified a three-year extension (June 1, 2006-June 30, 2009) with annual cost-of-living increases to the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association.

Wildcatters Announce Return, Sea Wolves Remain Optimistic

The Texas Wildcatters informed the Board that they will return to the ice at Ford Arena and that preparations for 2006-07 have begun. The Mississippi Sea Wolves requested and were granted additional time by the Board to continue their assessment of the building and the community for a return in 2006-07.

Voluntary Suspensions Extended For Myrtle Beach, Reno

The Board unanimously approved the request of Myrtle Beach for an extension of its Voluntary Suspension and unanimously approved the request of Reno for an extension to its Home Arena Status.

RBK Hockey, RBC Financial Make Presentations

The Board also had presentations from Len Rhodes and representatives from RBK Hockey and Grant Carter from RBC Financial.
