STORM WATCH
Trenton in Town Wednesday! The Storm has the best home record (16-5-0) in
the ECHL and will look to continue that Wednesday night hosting the
first-place Trenton Titans. Toledo is 2-1-1 against the Titans this season,
including 1-1-0 at One Main Street. Storm forward Ken Magowan
Goin West! For the first time in two seasons the Toledo Storm will travel
west as they head to Las Vegas for games Friday and Saturday nights. It will
also mark the first time since November 4 (vs. Florida) that Toledo will
play a team outside its division. Forward Derek Edwardson has scored 12
goals with 26 assists to pace the Wranglers, while goaltender Mike McKenna
is 13-2-6 with a 2.35 GAA and a .927 SVP. Toledo has played against Las
Vegas in each of the last three seasons. STORM NOTES 1. The Streak is on! Toledo is currently in the midst of its
best run of the season as they have won 5 consecutive games. It is the
longest win streak of the season for Toledo. The Storm has also won
back-to-back road games for the first time this year. 2. Throw Me a Zero! With its 2-0 win Friday night in Dayton,
Toledo has scored three shutouts in its last five games: 1/19 vs. Cincinnati
4-0, 1/21 vs. Johnstown 3-0, and 1/26 @ Dayton 2-0. Ironically, the two
games the Storm allowed goals were both 5-3 wins (1/20 vs. Dayton and 1/27 @
Reading). STORM TIDBITS * Toledo has won 16 games at home; that is the most in the
ECHL. * Toledo is 21-16-1 inside the North Division. * Toledo has collected the first goal in each of the last 7

SPECIAL TEAMS Power Play - The Toledo Storm Power Play unit collected a goal in five
straight games. For the season, Toledo has scored 38 PP goals in 277
opportunities (13.7%), which ranks 24th in the ECHL. Penalty Kill - The Penalty Kill Unit was a perfect 13 for 13 over the week.
For the year, Toledo has stopped 242 of 281 times shorthanded (86.1%), which
is 5th among ECHL teams. The unit has stopped the last 28 chances. Record: 21-17-1 (4th North Division)
