- The Toledo Storm finished the week at 1-1-0, which leaves them with an overall record of 8-8-1. Toledo is eighth in the Northern Division.

- Toledo lost to Dayton on Friday night 4-3 to end a 2-game winning streak. The Storm defeated the Peoria Rivermen 5-4 (shootout) on Saturday Night.

- Toledo's come from behind 5-4 shootout victory Saturday night improved the Storm's record to 5-0-1 in games that go past regulation.

- Saturday's win against Peoria also marked the fourth time this season that Toledo has won a game that they trailed through 2 periods.

- Alexander Jacques continued his hot play this weekend scoring 2 goals and adding 2 assists. Jacques has a four game goal-scoring streak in which he has scored 6 goals. Alexander's 8 goals lead the team in that category.

- Morten Ask (5-9-14) and Paul Ballentyne (4-10-14) are tied for the team lead in points with 14.

- Wes Mason is currently on a streak of his own, having picked up penalty minutes in 11 straight games. Wes has 32 total penalty minutes in the current 11 game streak.

- Toledo scored 9 more goals in 2 games this past weekend. Toledo is now ranked 17th in the ECHL averaging 2.82 goals per game.

- Toledo's power play is 12 for 93 (12.90%) on the season, and is ranked 26th in the ECHL. Toledo has scored a power-play goal in 3 straight games.

- Toledo's Penalty kill is now ranked 19th in the ECHL, killing off 72 of the 88 times shorthanded (81.81%).

- Toledo is 3-4-1 on the road this year.

- Toledo is 5-4-0 at home this season.

- Toledo hits the road Wednesday night in Cincinnati. On Saturday, the Storm returns home against the Wheeling Nailers before heading back on the road Sunday at Dayton.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK NOMINATION:

Alexander Jacques (2 goals - 2 assists = 4 points)

Another big weekend for Alexander as he continued his goal-scoring streak (now at 4 games). He did it in a big way Saturday night scoring with just 55 seconds left in the third period to tie that game at 4. He also added a goal in the game Friday against Dayton, plus two more assists.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK NOMINATION:

Drew MacIntyre (1-1-0, 2.84 gaa, 0.907 save%)

Drew Played well over the weekend. On Saturday, Drew replaced Doug Teskey at the start of the third period and was strong, not allowing a goal on the 14 Peoria shots he faced. He also blanked the rivermen on all five opportunities in the shootout to help seal the win. MacIntyre also made 25 saves on Friday night.
