
Generals assist during holidays

Greensboro Generals News Release
GREENSBOROâThe Greensboro Generals in association with the Greensboro Youth Council are encouraging fans to participate in the 2003 Santa's Workshop Toy Drive.
Fans can drop off the new or used toys that are in good condition at the Greensboro Coliseum Administrative Offices or Guest Services that are located behind section 104.
Toys will need to meet the following guidelines:
Used toys should not be rusty or too dirty. Games and puzzles will need to have all the pieces, and tape the worn boxes to assure this.
Dolls need to have all parts, clothes, and place them in plastic bag.
Electronics need to work, or only minor repairs. Batteries are not necessary.
Sets such as building blocks and tea sets need to be in a plastic bag that is sealed, to assure that pieces are not lost.
Only NEW stuffed animals are accepted.
Bicycles, tricycles, and riding toys must be in working order, or only minor repairs.
Sports equipment will need to be boxed or sealed in a bag (ex: bowling or golf sets).
No violent toys such as guns, spears, X-men, are going to be accepted.
No Clothing or Food are accepted.
Cash donations can be made at CCB.
