One night after handing out a shutout to the Columbia Inferno, the Augusta Lynx had the favor returned to them by the South Carolina Stingrays in a 2-0 loss on Saturday night before 4,450 fans at the Augusta-Richmond County Civic Center.

At 16:21, Ed Courtenay snuck the puck between the post and Jason Saal's right pad to finish the scoring in the game from Kevin Spiewack and Jeff Boulanger.
