Mississippi Sea Wolves News Release
BILOXI, MS - The Mississippi Sea Wolves announced on Tuesday that forward Marek Kvapil has been reassigned by the Tampa Bay Lightning to Norfolk of the American Hockey League, and that forward Mike Egener has been reassigned from Norfolk to Mississippi.
Kvapil, 5-10 and 188 pounds, had appeared in Norfolk's first six games of the season, registering two assists and a +1 rating. After being assigned to Mississippi on October 22, the third-year pro notched three goals and six assists for nine points and a +1 rating.
Egener, 6-3 and 213 pounds, appeared in six games with the Admirals with a goal and an assist. He had returned to the Admirals lineup last Friday following injuries that had sidelined him for 33 games.
