PENSACOLA, FL - The Ice Pilots have instituted a new program this season to reach Pensacola's large military population. This program, Tickets for Troops, encourages individuals and businesses to purchase special ticket packages that will be distributed to our men and women in uniform.

You may designate to have the tickets you purchase distributed to a specific military installation, to a particular command or unit, or even to an identified active duty member. The packages come at a rate of $80 and you can choose the 10 games to attend.

Jim Crotty, a retired Navy officer, has come onboard to assist with the program. If you would like to volunteer to assist and/or purchase tickets for the men and women in uniform, contact Jim at the Ice Pilots customer service booth during intermissions at home games or e-mail him at jimcrotty@hotmail.com

Don't miss the hard hitting, exciting action, as the Ice Pilots' next home game is Saturday, January 19 at 7:05 p.m. vs. Florida at the Civic Center. It's Pink in the Rink Night, as the Ice Pilots will be wearing pink jerseys, which will be auctioned off following the game! The net proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society.
