WELCOME TO PORTLAND: Anthony Ranaudo, the top pitching prospect in the Red Sox system according to Baseball America, makes his Double-A debut in game two of the series on Tuesday night from First Energy Stadium...Ranaudo was activated from Salem's disabled list (groin strain) earlier today and promoted to Portland...Overall, the former standout at LSU is the #4 prospect in the system and Baseball America ranks his curveball the best among Red Sox minor leaguer pitchers.
