Last Game: The RedHawks knocked 14 hits and drew seven walks, winning 8-4 over the Isotopes last night. Walk This Way, Part I: The RedHawks walked seven times last night and have drawn at least five walks in nine of their last 13 games. They've recorded a total of 69 walks during the 13-game stretch and are tied for second in the league with 234 walks this season. Marc Krauss leads the team with 35 walks, which is fifth in the PCL. Walk This Way, Part II: Due to incomplete historical records, it is unknown if last night's 11 walks by the pitching staff is a club record, but it is the most allowed in a game since 2004 at the very least. Over the first three games of this series, the RedHawks have walked 20 and struck out 18 Albuquerque hitters.

Valiant Villar: Jonathan Villar recorded his 17th stolen base of the season yesterday and is tied for the league lead with Reno's Tony Campana. He also went 2-for-4 to notch his team-leading 21st multi-hit game of the season and is now 6-for-12 in the series. Villar also became the first RedHawk player to be ejected from a game this season after disputing a call at first base in the eighth inning last night.

Wally World: Brett Wallace is currently riding a six-game hitting streak, during which he has hit .360 (9x25). Despite not joining the team until April 21, he is tied for the team lead in home runs (8) and doubles (11) and is just one RBI shy of the team lead (30).

Perez Dispensing Hits: Carlos Perez has put up back-to-back three-hit games and is now eight for his last 13 with three doubles and four RBI. The hot streak has immediately followed a personal 0-for-12 stretch.

In the Job Description: In 13 games as the team's designated hitter, Fernando Martinez is batting .306 with two home runs and 13 RBI. When Martinez plays in the field, he is hitting just .139 (5x36).

In the first three games of this series the Isotopes are hitting .313 (31x99). Overall this season, the Isotopes are hitting .319 against the RedHawks--with all seven games played in Albuquerque--but the rest of the PCL is batting just .240 against the OKC pitching staff.

RISPy Business: The RedHawks are hitting .305 with runners in scoring position over the last five games (18x59). Albuquerque opened this series by going 5-for-15 with runners in scoring position Saturday night, but the RedHawks have held them to a 1-for-19 mark since. Opponents are hitting just .136 with runners in scoring position over the last eight games (8x59).
