Reading's Church Suspended One Game

PRINCETON, N.J. â The ECHL announced on Monday that it has suspended Reading left wing Brad Church for one game as a result of his actions in Game # 928 vs. Wheeling on March 9.
At 3:09 of the third period, Church delivered a hit on a Wheeling player who was not in possession of the puck, resulting in an injury. Church was assessed a minor penalty for interference on the play.
Church is suspended one game under Rule 33A Supplementary Discipline.
Church will miss Reading's game vs. Wheeling (Mar. 23).
