THIS WEEK'S GAMES

Friday, Oct. 29 vs. Houston Aeros

AT&T Center, 7:00 p.m.

San Antonio will host the Houston Aeros for the second time this season. In their last meeting, the Rampage posted their first shutout victory of the 2010-11 campaign. Goaltender Matt Climie stopped all 26 Houston shot attempts while Alex Picard and Bracken Kearns were the two goal scorers on the night.

KISS ROCKS $1 DRINK NIGHT & HALLOWEEN: Every Friday fans can get $1 draft beer and $1 fountain soda. This Friday the Rampage encourage fans to wear their Halloween costume to the game for everyone to see. Each contestant will have the opportunity to showcase their costume on the ice at the intermission. The Rampage will host a costume contest for adults and children under the age of 12. Top prizes include Fiesta Texas passes, a Ram- page suite night, concert tickets and much more.

MOVING ON UP: The Rampage are currently on a five-game winning streak with their latest win on Sunday that ended the Peoria Rivermen's seven-game winning streak and moved the Rampage into second place in the league standings with 13 points.

GOING STREAKING: Three Rampage players are currently riding scoring streaks of at least six games. Mathieu Beaudoin has a seven-game scoring streak (4-4-8), while Alex Picard (5-2-7) and Viktor Tikhonov (1-5-6) are each riding six-game scoring streaks. Beau- doin's seven-game point streak ties him for the league-lead along with Hershey forwards Keith Aucoin and Andrew Gordon.

POWERFUL PLAY: Brett MacLean has tallied six points in his last four games (2 goals, 4 assists) earning him the Rampage's player of the week nomination. All three of Brett Mac- Lean's goals this season have been scored on the power play and is currently the all-time franchise leader in power-play goals with 25.

HOT SHOT: The Rampage currently lead the league with 276 shots on goal. MacLean ranks third in the league with 45 shots and posted 10 shots on Oct. 15 vs. Peoria.

SEASONED VET: Rampage left wing Ryan Hollweg played In his 400th professional game as he posted an assist in a 4-1 victory at Oklahoma City on Oct. 22.

TURN THE BEAT AROUND: Rampage were outscored 17-12 (3 GF/4.25 GA) in their first four games and since have outscored the opposition 17-6 (3.4 GF/1.2 GA) in their last five games.

ICE CHIPS: Matt Climie- G

Matt Climie posted the Rampage's first shutout of the season with a 2-0 win over the Houston Aeros on Saturday stopping all 26 shots he faced.

The Leduc, Alberta native is 3-0 in his last three starts having allowed just four goals. He sports a 1.29 goals against aver- age and a .958 save percentage during that time on 88 saves of 92 shot attempts.

Climie posted a 3-2 shootout win over the Lake Erie Mon- sters where he stopped four of five shootout attempts in addition to his 31 saves in regulation. His second victory was a 4-2 game, again over the Lake Erie Monsters where he also made 31 saves. His third victory of the week was his first shutout of the season, a 2-0 advantage over the Aeros.
