
Rampage send two to Wildcatters

SAN ANTONIO â Dec. 13, 2004 â The San Antonio Rampage announced today that the club has assigned defenseman Grant McNeill and reassigned left wing Lou Dickenson to the Texas Wildcatters of the ECHL. The Wildcatters are the ECHL affiliate of the Rampage.
The 21-year-old McNeill has played in 12 games with the Rampage this season and has recorded one assist. The 6-foot-2, 214-pound blueliner leads the club with 44 penalty minutes. McNeill was the Florida Panthers' fifth choice (third round, 68th overall) in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft.
Dickenson, 22, who was recalled to San Antonio on Dec. 9 from the Wildcatters, scored his first professional goal that night against the Utah Grizzlies. The 6-foot-1, 194-pound rookie has appeared in 10 games this season with the Rampage. In 13 games with the Wildcatters, Dickenson has scored 14 points (4-10-14) and two penalty minutes, ranking among the top rookie scorers (T-18th) in the ECHL. His 10 assists currently co-leads the team.
The Rampage (9-10-2-4) begin a three-game road trip Wednesday (Dec. 15) starting in Milwaukee and then finishing at Cleveland (Dec. 17) and Chicago (Dec. 18) before hosting the Norfolk Admirals on Sunday, Dec. 19 at 5 p.m. (CST).
