Minnesota United Waives Doneil Henry

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Minnesota United announced today that the club has waived defender Doneil Henry. The move opens up an international spot on the Loons' roster.

Henry joined MNUFC after re-uniting with Toronto FC in July 2022 after starting the season with LAFC. In Major League Soccer, the center-back has made 114 regular-season appearances, playing almost 8,600 minutes while scoring six goals over nine years spent in the league. Internationally, Henry has earned 44 caps with the senior Canadian National Team to-date and was included on the roster for Canada's 2022 FIFA World Cup appearance.
