
K-Wings' Blain Returns from Utica

KALAMAZOO- After being called-up to the Utica Comets yesterday defenseman Jeremie Blain has been reassigned by the Vancouver Canucks to the Kalamazoo Wings. Blain, who is scheduled to be in the K-Wings lineup this evening, played last night for the Comets.
Blain has recorded two points (1 goal, 1 assists) in six games this season with the K-Wings.
Kalamazoo will conclude a season-long five-game home stand tonight, Saturday, November 15th with a 7:30 p.m. face-off versus the Reading Royals. Tonight will be the 2nd Annual Bell's Blue Ice Game, featuring Bell's Winter White Ale. Kalamazoo will be wearing special Bell's jerseys that will be auctioned off following the game with the proceeds benefiting Gryphon Place.
Between now and Wednesday, December 10th fans that come to any K-Wings home game can register to win two tickets to the Detroit Red Wings game on December 16th versus the Columbus Blue Jackets. The prize also includes a special meet and greet after the game in the Olympia Club.
Tickets for all K-Wings home games are currently on sale at Wings Stadium Ticket Office, all Ticketmaster locations, including www.ticketmaster.com or by calling (800) 745-3000.
Fans that plan on attending multiple games can avoid service fees plus enjoy a discount from the single-game price by purchasing a 12, 24 or 36-game flexi-plan. These plans along with group ticket packages (15 or more people) may be ordered through the K-Wings front office by calling (269) 743-6011.
