Stingrays Game Preview: Benefitfocus Night at the Stingrays

North Charleston, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays celebrate Benefitfocus Night at the Stingrays and host a food drive with the American Red Cross benefiting the Airmen's Attic tonight against the Florida Everblades at 7:05 at the North Charleston Coliseum. Tonight is the fifth of 11 meetings between to the two East Division rivals.

Benefitfocus Night and Food Drive:

In the spirit of the upcoming Holiday's, the Stingrays and Benefitfocus teamed up with the American Red Cross to host a non-perishable food drive benefiting the Airmen's Attic, a food pantry on Joint Base Charleston that assists low-income families. Each donation receives a free ticket to the Stingrays game on Tuesday, December 9 against the Cincinnati Cyclones at the Coliseum.

Series Breakdown:

The Stingrays fell to the Everblades last night, 4-1, at the North Charleston Coliseum and enter this evening's matchup with a 1-3-0-0 head-to-head record. In the series, forwards Jack Downing (three assists) and Cody Sylvester (one goal, two assists) lead the Stingrays against the Everblades with three points. All time, the Stingrays are 71-65-16 against the Everblades.
