
Insight to Broadcast 2007 AHL All-Star Game Live on Monday

Peoria, IL (January 26, 2007) - Peoria Rivermen President/CEO Bart Rogers announced today that Insight will broadcast the 2007 RBK Hockey American Hockey League (AHL) All-Star Game LIVE from Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto on Monday, January 29 at 6:00 p.m. CT.
Households in Peoria, East Peoria, Washington and Creve Coeur can tune in on Insight Ch. 44, and households in Pekin, Morton, Galesburg, Canton, Groveland and Tremont can tune in on Insight Ch. 74.
Monday's 2007 AHL All-Star Game will be televised, either live or on a delayed broadcast, on a network of regional partners across the United States and Canada, reaching more than 100 million households.
On Friday, January 26, the Rivermen face off against the Iowa Stars at 7:30 p.m. It is a Coca-Cola/Insight Date Night, as fans receive two (2) tickets, two (2) Cokes and a tub of popcorn for just $25. The first 2,000 fans receive a 25th Anniversary Puck, courtesy of CEFCU - Your Credit Union. Dave Mackey will appear and sign autographs as part of U.S. Cellular's 25 Greatest Rivermen of All-Time; the first 2,500 fans will receive a Dave Mackey player card. And Claude Scott - the Happy Trumpeter - will appear and entertain the crowd.
