January 26, 2007 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Worcester Sharks News Release
WORCESTER - The Worcester Sharks are daring fans to come out to the DCU Center tonight for "The Coldest Game of the Season Challenge" against the Binghamton Senators at 7:00 p.m.
With the bitter cold temperature outside, the Sharks are offering a unique ticket offer to encourage fans to brave the cold to attend tonight's game.
If a fan attends the game, they are encouraged to save their ticket stub and watch the weather through March 30. If another home game day at the DCU Center is colder than the January 26 game at 7:00 p.m., fans can present their January 26th ticket stub at the Sharks Executive Office on 50 Foster St. for a free ticket against the Lowell Devils on April 11 at the DCU Center. The official game temperature will be based on the Worcester Airport Weather center at game time.
Tickets are still available for tonight's game against the Senators. Simply visit the DCU Center Box Office Lobby or call the Sharks office at 508.929.0500.
