CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors (24-29-3-5, 56pts), owned by the Edmonton Oilers, lost to the Utah Grizzlies (30-22-5-3, 68pts) by an 8-3 final in front of 6,250 fans at Rabobank Arena Friday night.
Bakersfield native G Garrett Taylor came in for G Pete Gibb (who started in place of two injured Condors netminders) in an emergency relief appearance and made 21 saves in two periods.
