Grizzlies Home Tonight; Kinasewich Named ECHL Player of the Week

West Valley City, Utah - The ECHL announced today that Utah Grizzlies left wing Ryan Kinasewich has been named the league's In Glas Co player of the week for the period ending January 14.

Kinasewich had five goals and four assists last week in four games as the Grizzlies finished their season-long seven-game road trip with a 3-1 record, including three-straight wins.

In 32 games this season, he leads Utah with 23 goals for 42 points. He has 14 multiple-point games on the season, including three-straight and in four of his last six games entering tonight's action.

The 23-year-old, recorded his second hat trick of the season and the fourth of his Grizzlies career in Sunday's 5-3 win over Stockton.

Last year, the Alberta native, finished tied for the league-lead with 39 goals scored.

In his third ECHL season, the third-year-pro has 165 points (78 goals, 87 assists) in 135 regular season games.

The Grizzlies return to the E-Center tonight and tomorrow hosting Las Vegas at the E-Center. Face-offs both nights are scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
