DULUTH, Ga. - Tonight will be the final Gladiators (9-17-1-0) home game of 2014 as they take on the Florida Everblades (20-4-0-1) for the seventh time this season. Of those previous six games, the last four have taken place at Florida's home rink, Germain Arena. Gwinnett has gone 1-1 at home against the division leaders, including a 3-2, come-from-behind victory on November 8th. Four of the next six games against the Everblades will be held at The Arena at Gwinnett Center.

Tonight is also the Gladiators' annual Winter Coat Drive. Fans who donate a new or gently used winter article of clothing can purchase up to four (4) Premium Level Tickets at $10 each per item donated. The Gladiators in turn will distribute all the donated items to Atlanta-area homeless shelters and other charitable agencies.

Glads Notes:

Power Surge: The Gladiators power play is clicking at an 18.4% conversion rate, good for 11th in the league. At home, the team is 8-for-49 (16.3%), 15th in the league. On the road, they are even better - 10-for-49 (20.4%), 5th in the ECHL. The team has scored a power play goal in eight of their last ten games played.

Shooting Gallery: Through the Gladiators' first 17 games this season, the team had 30+ shots in a game only twice. Since December 10th, they've had six games with 30+ shots, and have averaged nearly 33 shots per game. The team has also had over 30 shots in their last four games.

No Shot: The Glads are the only team in the league to not have reached the shootout this season, but they are 2-1 in OT.

Gladiators Ahoy: Two players currently on the Gladiators roster have been assigned from their AHL affiliate, the Portland Pirates- James Melindy and Dyson Stevenson - and seven more - Joel Hanley (POR), Dan O'Donoghue (POR), Greg Carey (POR), Mike Lee (POR), Jordon Southorn (POR), Bretton Stamler (HFD), and Casey Pierro-Zabotel (NOR) - have been spent time in the AHL this year.

Milestones: Tristin Llewellyn is four games away from his 200th professional match ... Garry Nunn is two goals away from his 50th professional tally ... Geoff Paukovich is two goals from his 50th as a pro, and two points away from his 100th ECHL point.

Streaks: J.P. Labardo has three goals and four assists in his last six games ... Casey Pierro-Zabotel has a goal and ten assists in his last eight games; he had a six-game point streak snapped on Saturday ... Marshall Everson has two goals and four assists in his last five games ...
