ECHL Announces Suspension

December 30, 2014 - ECHL (ECHL) News Release

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Tuesday announced that Florida's Mitch Wahl has been suspended for two additional games as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #289, Florida at Orlando, on Dec. 27.

Wahl was assessed a major penalty and game misconduct for slashing under Rule #61.5 at 20:00 of the third period. He is suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.

Wahl missed Florida's game at Orlando on Dec. 28 and will miss games at Gwinnett on Dec. 30 and at South Carolina on Dec. 31.
