
Fort Wayne's Frazee Named Sher-Wood Hockey ECHL Player of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. - Thomas Frazee of the Fort Wayne Komets is the Sher-Wood Hockey ECHL Player of the Week for Dec. 22-28.
Frazee scored three goals and added two assists for five points in two games last week.
The 24-year-old had three points (2g-1a) in a 6-4 loss at Evansville on Friday and tallied a goal and an assist in a 5-1 victory against the IceMen on Saturday.
A native of North Vancouver, British Columbia, Frazee has 17 points (10g-7a) in 29 games with the Komets this season.
Frazee has 21 points (11g-10a) in 42 career ECHL games with Fort Wayne and Bakersfield and last season had 47 points (24g-23a) in 60 games with Quad City of the Central Hockey League.
Prior to turning pro, he tallied 31 points (9g-22a) in 28 career games with Lakehead University and had 188 points (72g-116a) in 313 career games in the Western Hockey League with Portland, Medicine Hat, Moose Jaw, Regina and Kamloops.
On behalf of Thomas Frazee, a case of pucks will be donated to a Fort Wayne youth hockey organization by Sher-Wood Hockey, the exclusive puck supplier of the ECHL. Since beginning its sponsorship of the award in 2000-01, Sher-Wood Hockey has donated more than 31,000 pucks to youth hockey organizations in ECHL cities.
