F Matt McCue was reassigned to the Condors from Manitoba (AHL) on Jan. 7. He was placed on 3-IR today... RW Nick Kemp was activated from 3-IR today... RW Logan MacMillan was transferred from 7-IR to 21-IR on Jan. 7... D Chris Brooks was acquired from Utah for future considerations on Dec. 31... D Eric Regan was reassigned to San Antonio (AHL) on Dec. 31... D John de Gray was reassigned to Rochester (AHL) on Dec. 29.
THE MATCHUP:
Tonight's game is the first of a home-and-home series this weekend, and the third meeting in the last two weeks, between the Condors and Thunder. After taking a point in each of the first three meetings of the season (1-0-2-0) against Stockton, the Condors have been bested twice in a row, being held to just one goal in each game by Thunder G Bryan Pitton (who was recalled by the Edmonton Oilers today). The two clubs will meet 12 times this season, with three games remaining in each building over the duration of the campaign.
PROMOTIONAL NOTES:
The first 2,000 adults at tonight's game will take home a full-color, 3-foot by 5-foot Condors Team Flag, sponsored by ABC23, Fox Sports Radio 970 and Three-Way Automotive Group.
