GREENVILLE, SC â The Greenville Grrrowl of the ECHL, proud affiliates of the Chicago Blackhawks and Edmonton Oilers, have announced that KRZYSZTOF WIECKOWSKI has been traded to the Bakersfield Condors (ECHL) for financial considerations. Wieckowski was activated from the injured reserve list to complete the transaction.
WIECKOWSKI (6-3, 210lbs., native of Ottawa, ONT) had played in five games with the Grrrowl after returning to Greenville in a pre-season trade with Long Beach (ECHL). During his stay in Greenville, Wieckowski scored a goal and an assist.
The Grrrowl will be in action a 3-game road trip in Florida over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, with two games against the Florida Everblades (11/25, 11/27), and in Pensacola on Saturday 11/27. The Grrrowl return home to play the Pee Dee Pride on Tuesday, November 30, 2004. Season tickets (starting at $238), mini-plans and flex packs are available now by contacting the Grrrowl office.
