Las Vegas' Tibbetts Suspended 10 Games

PRINCETON, N.J. – The ECHL announced on Monday that it has suspended Las Vegas right wing Billy Tibbetts for 10 games as a result of his being assessed a match penalty in ECHL Game #139 at Bakersfield on November 18.

At 5:30 of the third period, Tibbetts was assessed the match penalty under Rule 52(a) – Deliberate Injury of Opponent.

Tibbetts is suspended 10 games under Rule 33A Supplemental Discipline.

Tibbetts has served the first two games, missing Las Vegas games vs. Idaho on November 19 and 20.

Tibbetts will miss Las Vegas games at Louisiana (Nov. 23), at Texas (Nov. 24), at Mississippi (Nov. 25), at Florida (Nov. 27), at Pensacola (Nov. 28), at Florida (Nov. 30), at Alaska (Dec. 3) and at Alaska (Dec. 4).
