
First Annual Fed by the Gladiators This Wednesday

The Gwinnett Gladiators 1st annual "Fed by the Gladiators" event to benefit the Gwinnett Children's Shelter and the Gladiators Foundation for Kids will be will be held this Wednesday evening, March 15th beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Little Gardens Restaurant located in Lawrenceville.
Team members of the Gladiators will serve as hosts and act as waiters and servers for a great night out at Little Gardens Restaurant. A very limited number of spaces remain for the event. Required reservations are $85 and includ the opportunity to sit at one of 10 tables that will be hosted by Gwinnett Gladiators players, choice of dinner menu, two (2) drink tickets, souvenir item and entertainment. There will also be a silent auction before the dinner and a post-dinner cocktail hour with a cash bar.
All of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Gwinnett Children's Shelter and the Gladiators Foundation for Kids. The Gwinnett Children's Shelter is a youth home located in Buford, Georgia, for abused or neglected children.
"The Gladiators Foundation for Kids" was established by the by the Gwinnett Gladiators to help support the many Non-Profit Agencies and Organizations who work with Children in Gwinnett and surrounding communities. The Gladiators for Kids Fund is managed by the Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia, a highly respected 501-C-3 charitable organization based in Duluth, GA.
An extremely limited number of spaces are still available. You may also come by the Gladiators office in the Performing Arts Center of the Gwinnett Civic & Cultural Center complex.
The entire amount of the ticket price is tax deductible. Anyone making a reservation may give their top three requests as to which player's table they would like to sit. Please remember, however, that all requests are subject to availability and requests will be filled on a first come - first serve basis. Everyone in attendance will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with all of the players through the course of the evening.
The Gwinnett Gladiators, who have already clinched a 2006 Kelly Cup Playoff berth, continue the 2005-06 ECHL season on the road as they travel to Greenville to take on the Grrrowl at 7:05 p.m. on Friday, March 17th. The Gladiators play all 36 home games at the Arena at Gwinnett Center located on Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth and are the AA affiliate of the Atlanta Thrashers.
