Florida Everblades News Release
The Florida Everblades picked up 6 out of a possible 8 points this past week and remain in second place after they defeated the Greenville Grrrowl in a pair of games 5-3 and 6-5 in a shootout. The Blades also tied two contests in Charlotte and Florence. Florida forward Brian McCullough continues to lead the ECHL in goal scoring with 24 goals and is currently ranked second in the ECHL in scoring with 50 points. Everblades regular season games can be heard on Sportsradio 770 AM and on the Internet at www.floridaeverblades.com, www.ABC-7.com and www.NBC-2.com with the "Voice of the Everblades" Dan Guenther calling the play-by-play. The games can be also be heard inside TECO arena on 96.5 FM. 'The Gerry Fleming Coaches Show' presented by Stevie Tomato's Sportspage on Sportsradio 770 AM airs from 6:00 - 7:00 PM on Monday nights. The show will be live on remote at the Naples location tonight with guest defenseman Ian Forbes.
UPCOMING EVENTS/PROMOTIONS AT TECO ARENA: The Everblades take on the Pensacola Ice Pilots at 7:30 PM on Tuesday night at TECO Arena and the Roanoke Express on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM. Alan Jackson plays a sold out TECO Arena on Friday, January 23rd. The Gaither Homecoming Concert visits TECO Arena on Thursday, January 29th. GAME NOTES: This will be the third meeting between the two clubs this season. The Everblades are 1-1-0 versus the Ice Pilots this season. Pensacola ranks in 4th place in the Central Division. Florida was 4-1-1 versus them last season.
Friday, January 16th vs. Roanoke 7:30 PM/EST
GAME NOTES: This will be the second meeting between the two clubs this season. The Everblades are 0-1-0 this season versus the Express. Roanoke ranks in 4th place in the Southern Division.
Saturday, January 17th vs. Roanoke 7:30 PM/EST
GAME NOTES: This will be the third meeting between the two clubs this season and second in as many nights. The game features Church Night.

The Florida Everblades (19-10-5) defeated the Greenville Grrrowl (6-25-2) 5-3 at the Bi-Lo Center in front of 3,252 on Tuesday night. Forward Reggie Berg picked up a hat trick and Chad LaRose had a goal and two assists in the victory.
Wednesday, January 7th @ Charlotte 2-3 SOL
The Florida Everblades (19-10-5) were defeated by the Charlotte Checkers (6-25-2) 3-2 in a shootout at Cricket Arena in front of 3,252 on Wednesday night.
Friday, January 9th @ Florence 2-3 OTL
The Florida Everblades fell 9-3 at the Carolina Coliseum to close out their three game road trip.
Saturday, January 10th @ Greenville 6-5 SOW
The Florida Everblades (20-10-5) defeated the Greenville Grrrowl (6-26-3) 6-5 in a shootout in front of 5,576 at the BI-LO Center on Saturday night. The ECHL's leading scorer Florida forward Brian McCullough notched two power play goals in the win
