DuPont returns to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton

WILKES-BARRE, PA - The Pittsburgh Penguins have assigned defenseman Micki DuPont to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, it was announced Friday by General Manager Ray Shero.

DuPont has appeared in three games for Pittsburgh this season. He recorded one assist and four penalty minutes.

DuPont appeared in 23 games for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton before being recalled by Pittsburgh on Dec. 4. He recorded 12 points (3+9) and 29 penalty minutes with the AHL Penguins.
