May 1, 2025 - WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have re-signed forward Jack Beck to an American Hockey League contract for the 2025-26 season. In four games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Beck notched a goal and two assists for three points. Beck garnered eight goals and 28 assists for 36 points in 36 games this season with the Penguins' ECHL affiliate, the Wheeling Nailers. Penguins Sign Defenseman Tommy Budnick

April 27, 2025 - WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have signed defenseman Tommy Budnick to an American Hockey League contract for the 2025-26 season. Budnick, 21, split his final season of junior hockey with the Guelph Storm and Brantford Bulldogs of the Ontario Hockey League. The left-handed rearguard gathered career highs in all offensive categories with seven goals, 20 assists and 27 points in 46 games. Penguins Send Murashov, Gauthier, Klassen, Pietila to Wheeling

April 26, 2025 - WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that four players are being reassigned to their ECHL affiliate, the Wheeling Nailers. Goaltenders Sergei Murashov and Taylor Gauthier have been reassigned by the Pittsburgh Penguins from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton to Wheeling. Furthermore, forwards Gabe Klassen and Logan Pietila have been reassigned by Wilkes-Barre/Scranton to the Nailers. April 25, 2025 - ALLENTOWN, Pa. - A late goal by the Lehigh Valley Phantoms cut the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins playoff run short, as the Phantoms took Game 2 by a 3-2 score at PPL Center on Friday night.
