November 10, 2025 - WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have signed goaltender Jaxon Castor to a professional tryout agreement.
Castor has gone 2-0-0 so far this season for the Penguins' ECHL affiliate, the Wheeling Nailers. The 28-year-old out of St. Cloud State University posted a 2.38 goals against average and .904 save percentage in those two victories.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (9-3-1-0) received 20 saves from their rookie goalie from Kazakhstan, snapping a three-game skid and earning the club's first victory of November.

November 7, 2025 - ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins came out on the losing end of a back-and-forth affair against the Rochester Americans, 6-4, on Friday night at Blue Cross Arena.
In a game full of momentum swings, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (8-3-1-0) erased a three-goal deficit to tie the game, 4-4, in the third period. However, Rochester's eighth power-play opportunity of the night put the Americans back on top for good.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (8-2-1-0) dominated the first two periods, but were left stunned by a four-goal comeback by Toronto.
