February 2, 2026 - WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The American Hockey League announced today that Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins defenseman Matt Dumba has been selected as the Howie's Hockey Tape/AHL Player of the Week for the period ending Feb. 1, 2026.
Dumba recorded a goal and five assists for six points, as well as a plus-4 rating in two victories for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this past weekend.

February 1, 2026 - ALLENTOWN, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins uncorked four goals in the third period to pull away from the Lehigh Valley Phantoms for a 6-2 win on Sunday afternoon at PPL Center.
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (29-12-2-2) received goals from six different scorers on its path to victory. Defenseman Matt Dumba put forth a four-assist performance, establishing a new single-game high in his professional career.

January 31, 2026 - WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins defeated the Syracuse Crunch, 4-1, on Saturday night at Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza.
In front of 6,682 fans on Crosscheck Cancer Night, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (28-12-2-2) built a three-goal lead through the first two periods. The team then closed things out with a stellar third period from their netminder.
