Penguins Recall Robert, Sign Three to Tryouts

AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins January 29, 2021 - WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have recalled forward Félix Robert from their ECHL affiliate, the Wheeling Nailers. Furthermore, the Penguins have signed forward Michael Joly and defenseman Dylan MacPherson to professional tryout agreements and goaltender Brett Brochu to an amateur tryout agreement. AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins January 11, 2021 - WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have hired Kevin Porter as an assistant coach. Porter joins head coach J.D. Forrest behind the bench for the upcoming 2020-21 American Hockey League season. Porter, 34, is entering his first season as a coach after a 12-year career in pro hockey. Penguins Sign Forward Jordan Nolan

AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins December 5, 2020 - WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have signed forward Jordan Nolan to an American Hockey League contract for the 2020-21 season. Nolan, 31, is entering his 11th professional season. Originally a 7th round pick (186th overall) of the Los Angeles Kings in 2009, Nolan has had his name inscribed on the Stanley Cup twice by helping the Kings win hockey's ultimate prize in 2012 and 2014.
