December 21, 2025 - WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins ensured they'll have a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays by beating the Hershey Bears, 3-1, on Sunday afternoon at Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza.
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (21-7-1-1) bested its oldest rival in the final game before the AHL's holiday break thanks to Zach Gallant and Matt Dumba's first goals of the season and a shining 26-save outing from goaltender Sergei Murashov.

December 20, 2025 - GREENSBORO, NC - It took the Wheeling Nailers over a period and a half to get on the scoreboard on Saturday night at First Horizon Coliseum, but once they did, they were in much better shape. The match against the Greensboro Gargoyles needed extra time to decide a winner, and that winner was the Nailers, who got a Matty De St. Phalle tally at the 1:24 mark of overtime to skate away victorious, 3-2.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (20-7-1-1) picked up a standings point to remain in pole position in the Eastern Conference, but suffered its third-straight loss at home.
