Dan LaCosta Added to Columbus Blue Jackets Roster on Emergency Recall

Syracuse, NY - The Syracuse Crunch announced that goaltender Dan LaCosta has been added to the Columbus Blue Jackets roster on Emergency Recall.

LaCosta, 22, has appeared in three games for the Crunch this season, posting a 3-0-0-0 record with a 2.18 goals-against average and .928 save percentage. A native of Labrador City, Newfoundland, LaCosta was selected by Columbus in the third round, 93rd overall in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.

The Crunch continue their 15th AHL season by traveling to Hershey on Saturday, October 18. The Crunch return home on Friday, October 24 for a match-up against Binghamton.
