TONIGHT'S MATCHUP: Thanks to a wild win last night in Kalamazoo, the Cyclones have earned points in the first seven games of the season and now own the top spot in the North Division standings. Tonight, they'll put their 5-0-2 record on the line against the Wheeling Nailers in hopes of a third straight triumph. Cincinnati claimed a 3-2 shoot-out win over the Nailers on October 13 to open the season and have a 40-30-0-2 record all-time against their West Virginia rivals.

SCOUTING THE NAILERS: After dropping their first four games of the year, Clark Donatelli's club has won three of its last four. Despite their recent success, they still sit in third place in the Atlantic Division standings - trailing Elmira by five points. Paul Crowder and Cody Wild both have eight points to lead the Nailers offensively. Wild's numbers also place him second among ECHL rear-guards. Patrick Killeen has appeared in all but one game this year for the Nailers, collecting a 3-2-0-1 record with a 2.44 goals-against average. He made 28 saves in a defeat against Cincinnati on October 13 at U.S. Bank Arena. Lifetime against Cincinnati, Killeen has amassed a 4-2-1-1 record.

About Last Night in Kalamazoo: Mike Embach finished off a wild, back-and-forth, affair as he scored the game-winning goal with just 2:48 to play in regulation, lifting the Cyclones to a 5-4 victory over the Wings in front of 2,334 at Wings Stadium. It extends Cincinnati's unbeaten in regulation streak to eight games...the first time in club history they have accomplished this feat.

Multi-Point Madness: Cincinnati has found offense from many different sources this year. In fact, all but one active skater has notched at least a point. In addition, ten different Cyclones have registered multi-point games.

Playin' Em Close: The Clones have become accustomed to playing in close contests. Six of their seven games (and four straight) have been decided by a single goal. The other game was decided by just two.
