ONTARIO, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors (37-17-3-2; 79pts) gained a point and extended their division lead in a 5-4 shootout loss to the Ontario Reign (22-28-6-2; 52pts). The Condors magic number is now five points to clinch a playoff berth and the division lead grew to eight points. C Mitch Callahan had three points (1g-2a) and LW Tyler Benson set a new Condors AHL single-season scoring mark with two points on the night.
