
Columbus Crew SC to Host the New York Red Bulls for Opening Match of 2019 Season on Saturday, March 2

COLUMBUS - Major League Soccer today announced that Columbus Crew SC will begin the 2019 regular season at home and will face the defending Supporters' Shield winners, the New York Red Bulls, at 4:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, March 2 at MAPFRE Stadium.
As part of today's announcement, MLS revealed 2019 home opener dates for all of its clubs, with Crew SC traveling to New England to face the Revolution in its home opener at Gillette Stadium on Saturday March 9 (2 p.m. ET) and the Black & Gold heading to Montreal to face the Impact in Montreal's home opener on Saturday, April 13 at Stade Saputo (1 p.m. ET).
A complete 2019 MLS schedule will be announced in the coming weeks. 2019 preseason, local broadcast and ticket/promotion information for Crew SC - including its 2019 Opening Match on March 2 - will also be announced at a later date.
