
Busniuk Activated from 7 Day Injured Reserve List

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced that center Bryson Busniuk has been activated from the seven day injured reserve list. Busniuk has played in 5 games for the Ice Pilots this season picking up one assist and 12 penalty minutes.
The Pensacola Ice Pilots will host the Bakersfield Condors tonight at 7:05 p.m., Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. and Sunday afternoon at 4:05 p.m. The Ice Pilots recently went 3-1-1 on a five game road trip to improve their record to 6-8-2 for 14 points. Bakersfield has a record of 6-5-4 for 16 points. This will be the first ever meeting between the two teams.
The Ice Pilots will be giving away $15,000 this weekend with $5,000 to be given away each night. To be eligible to win the prize money, you must be a season ticket holder or purchase a ticket to all three games this weekend. "Triple Play Weekend" ticket packages are $33 or $48 depending on seat location. Fans must be present to win. If prize money is not claimed of announcing the winner, the money will be rolled over into the next day.
"Triple Play Weekend" tickets are available at the Civic Center box office or by calling the Ice Pilots at 432-PUCK (7825) ext: 269.
The first 1,000 fans tonight will also receive Ice Pilots pens. Ice Pilots players David Turon and Chris St. Jacques will sign autographs after the game. The first 500 fans on Saturday night will receive mouse pads. Ice Pilots players Adam Courchaine and Chris Heid will sign autographs after the game.
Fans can also call in and talk to Ice Pilots President Mario Forgione this Saturday night on the Mario Forgione Pre Game Show which begins at 6:40 p.m. on the Ice Pilots Hockey network with flagship station AM 1620 and at www.icepilots.com sponsored by Sports Avenue.
The Ice Pilots will host a Teddy Bear Toss at Sundays game. Fan s are asked to bring a stuffed animal "Teddy Bear" to the game. When the Ice Pilots score their first goal of the game, fans are asked to toss the "Teddy Bears" onto the ice. The "Teddy Bears" will be distributed to local charities in the Pensacola community.
