The puck sailed towards Fraser who was in the left circle where he one-timed the puck over Machesney's blocker for the 1-0 Sound Tiger lead, on Fraser's seventh goal of the season. Hershey would answer, starting with a goal from the Bears' fourth line with three minutes to play in the first period. Dustin Kohn had an assist on Joensuu's 19th goal of the season.
