Admirals Team Up with Wisconsin State Fair

April 3, 2009 - American Hockey League (AHL) - Milwaukee Admirals News Release

Milwaukee, WI - The Milwaukee Admirals and Wisconsin State Fair have combined forces to offer fans the opportunity to get tickets for both events and save a fist-full of money in the process. For just $24 fans can get two Stern & Bow tickets to one of the Admirals first two home playoff games, April 16th at 7:00 pm or April 18th at 7:30 pm, and a pair of tickets for the 2009 Wisconsin State Fair, presented by U.S. Cellular, good on any day from August 6-16.

The two Admirals tickets must be for the same game, and there is no limit to the number of packages purchased. This package can be bought at the Admirals office (510 W. Kilbourn Ave), the Bradley Center Box Office, or online at Ticketmaster.com.

The Admirals opponent for the first round of the playoffs is still to be determined. However, since the team has already captured the West Division Crown they are assured of having home ice advantage in the first two rounds of the post-season. If the playoffs ended today Milwaukee would square off against Rockford, who currently occupies fourth place in the division, in the best-of-seven West Division Semifinals.

The Admirals also have playoff packages on sale that include the same seat to each of the Admirals 16 potential post-season home games. Packages start at $244 per seat for tickets in the Stern and Bow (sections 203-211 and 217-225) and run $276 for seats in the Mid-Deck (sections 226-202 and 212-216). Playoff packages for seats in the Admirals Quarters (all front row seats) are all occupied by season ticket holders.
