All-Star Craig Returns To Utah

Long Beach, California - Utah Grizzlies Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Jason Christie announced today that All-Star forward Matt Craig has rejoined the team from the Manitoba Moose of the AHL. He is expected to be in the lineup tonight when Utah visits Long Beach at 8:30 p.m.

Craig was recalled to Manitoba on November 4 after putting up two goals and three assists in six games for the Grizzlies. At the time of his departure, the Grizzlies were riding a four-game unbeaten streak.

The second-year pro returned to Manitoba, where he spent training camp, and logged three games played for the Vancouver Canucks' top affiliate.

During his rookie season last year, Craig registered 27 goals and 27 assists in 59 games for the Grizzlies, while also splitting time in Manitoba.
