Goaltender Ben Kraws Joins Texas Stars on Amateur Tryout
March 25, 2024 - CEDAR PARK, Texas - Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the club has signed goaltender Ben Kraws to a one-year entry-level contract. The contract will begin in the 2024-25 season and Kraws will join the Texas Stars on an amateur tryout for the remainder of the 2023-24 season. Kraws, 23, posted a 14-17-6 record with a 2.49 goals-against average, .919 save percentage and two shutouts in 37 appearances for St. Lawrence University (NCAA) in the 2023-24 season, and was nomin... March 23, 2024 - PALM DESERT, California - The Texas Stars, American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL's Dallas Stars, fell 4-2 to the Coachella Valley Firebirds after allowing three late goals on Saturday night at Acrisure Arena.
