Cameron, Jacobs Agree to Terms with Gladiators

September 22, 2016 - DULUTH, Ga. - Bryan Cameron and Colin Jacobs have agreed to terms with the Atlanta Gladiators for the 2016-2017 season, the team announced on Thursday. Drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the 3rd Round (82nd overall) in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft, Cameron joins the Gladiators after spending the 15-16 season with the STS Sanok of the Polska Hojek Liga, Poland's top-level hockey league. Gladiators Aquire Shane Bakker

September 21, 2016 - DULUTH, Ga. - The Gladiators have acquired the rights to forward Shane Bakker from the Wheeling Nailers in exchange for future considerations, the team announced on Wednesday. Bakker, 28, comes to Atlanta after spending at least part of the past three seasons with Wheeling. In 116 games with the Nailers, the Navan, Ontario native has amassed 10 goals and 30 assists for 40 points, along with 235 penalty minutes. September 20, 2016 - The National Lacrosse League's Georgia Swarm today announced its 2017 regular season schedule. Georgia opens the season at home against the two-time defending champion Saskatchewan Rush on Saturday, Jan. 7 at 7:05 p.m. ET from Harrah's Cherokee Casino Field at Infinite Energy Arena. September 15, 2016 - DULUTH, Ga. - Eric Neiley and Patrick D'Amico have agreed to terms with the Gladiators for the 2016-2017 season, the team announced on Thursday. Neiley, 24, returns to Atlanta for his second season with the organization. Appearing in 47 games with the Gladiators last season, the Warminster, Pennsylvania native notched seven goals and 12 assists for a total 19 points.
