WOLVES HEADLINERS

--- ANDY DELMORE: Registered two goals and three assists in his last three games, which includes a three-point outing (G, 2A) on Saturday in his debut at the Allstate Arena ... Acquired by the Atlanta Thrashers from the Tampa Bay Lightning organization on Feb. 1, before being reassigned to Chicago ... Leads AHL defensemen with 14 goals and has posted 29 points in seven games with the Wolves and 47 with the Springfield Falcons

--- FRED BRATHWAITE: Accrued a 6-0-2 record over his last eight starts, allowing just 16 goals in regulation and overtime during that span ... Ranks sixth in the AHL with 18 wins (18-7-4) and ninth with a 2.52 goals-against average

--- BRETT STERLING: Registered seven points (3G, 4A) in his last five tilts .. Potted his AHL-leading 43rd goal of the season on Friday, the most by a rookie in club history and already the eighth-highest total in the club's 13-year existence ... Paces the AHL with 74 points, a single-season franchise record by a rookie

HOME, SWEET HOME

After playing their next three games on the road, the Wolves will start a franchise-record eight-game home stand at the Allstate Arena on Sat., Feb. 24. Chicago, which has accrued an 11-10-1-3 mark on home ice this year, will play 15 of its final 21 regular-season contests at the Allstate Arena.

WOLF TRACKS

--- Sunday's 6-2 win was the Wolves' 34th win in 56 games this season; last year Chicago notched 36 wins in 80 contests (36-32-4-8); Chicago's 34 wins thisseason is tied for the second-most in the AHL.

--- The Wolves have been defeated in regulation just once in their last 13 outings (8-1-1-3); the squad's 75 points (34-15-2-5) this year lead the Western Conference and share second overall in the league.

--- Chicago wrapped up a franchise-record tying, nine-game road contest in Toronto on Saturday (5-1-1-2); the club leads the AHL with 23 road wins (23-5-1-2), which is four shy of matching both a league and franchise record.

--- The Wolves have played past regulation five times in their last 10 outings, racking up two overtime wins, two shootout losses and one overtime defeat; the team has lost their last five contests that have reached the shootout round.

--- Chicago victimized Syracuse for six goals on Sunday, the 16th time this year the squad has netted six or more tallies; the club leads the AHL with 248 markers, 53 shy of a franchise record (301 in 1997-98) and 41 more than the next closest team in the league (Norfolk, 207).

Wolves rookie JORDAN LaVALLEE will visit the Morton Grove Public Library, 6140 Lincoln Ave., at 4:30 p.m., and the Elk Grove Village Public Library, 1001 Wellington Ave., at 7 p.m., as part of the team's Read to Succeed program, sponsored by Fisher Nuts and College Illinois!, which has reached nearly 400,000 children in 10 seasons.

Sun., Feb. 11 (at) Chicago 6, Syracuse 2
--- Chicago snapped a 1-1 second-period tie with five goals and hung on for a 6-2 victory against the Syracuse Crunch at the Allstate Arena
--- Defenseman ANDY DELMORE paced the offensive attack with a goal and two assists, while forwards JOEY CRABB (G, A), KEVIN DOELL (2A) and DEREK MacKENZIE (2A) each posted two points
--- Goaltender FRED BRATHWAITE accrued 26 saves on 28 shots

Sat., Feb. 10 (at) Toronto 3, Chicago 2 (SO)
--- The Wolves rallied to send the game to overtime with a goal at the 19:02 mark of the third period before losing, 3-2, in the shootout at Ricoh Coliseum
--- Defenseman MARK POPOVIC and center JARED ROSS posted Chicago's goals
--- Netminder FRED BRATHWAITE notched 25 saves in regulation and overtime and thwarted two of five shootout attempts

Fri., Feb. 9 (at) Hamilton 6, Chicago 5 (OT)
--- Chicago erased a three-goal, third-period deficit before falling in overtime, 6-5, to the Hamilton Bulldogs at Copps Coliseum
--- Five different Wolves found the back of the net while forwards CORY LAROSE (2A), DEREK MacKENZIE (G, A) and STEVE MARTINS (2A) all netted two points
--- Netminder MICHAEL GARNETT posted 23 saves in the loss

Wed., Feb. 7 Chicago 4, (at) Hamilton 3 (OT)
--- The Wolves surrendered two goals in the final 23 seconds of regulation before earning a 4-3 overtime victory against the Hamilton Bulldogs at Copps Coliseum
-- Linemates CORY LAROSE (2A), STEVE MARTINS (2G) and BRETT STERLING (2A) each tallied two points
--- Goaltender FRED BRATHWAITE posted 28 saves

Mon., Feb. 5 Chicago 8, (at) Toronto 1
--- After allowing the game's first goal, Chicago reeled off eight unanswered markers, including five first-period tallies, en route to a 8-1 thrashing of the Toronto Marlies at Ricoh Coliseum
--- Rookie BRETT STERLING's two goal and one assist effort led a pack of five Wolves that netted multiple points
--- Netminder FRED BRATHWAITE registered 39 saves on 40 shots
