Walleye Acquire Doug Krantz from Cincinnati

(Toledo, OH) - The Toledo Walleye and Head Coach Nick Vitucci have announced today that the team has acquired defenseman Doug Krantz from the Cincinnati Cyclones for future considerations.

Krantz comes to Toledo from the Cyclones where he collected two assists in 8 contests this season. Doug, the native of Marysville, BC, has skated in 93 professional games with 7 goals and 28 assists. His best offensive year was 2008-09 with the Wheeling Nailers when scored three times and helped on 21. As a four year letter winner at Cornell University, Krantz scored 15 goals with 23 assists in 131 games with the Big Red.
