LAST WEEK'S RECAP
Thursday, November 11 at Greenville Road Warriors 5-4 Loss
The Everblades saw their two-game win streak end on Thursday at Greenville in a 5-4 contest. Greenville jumped on the Everblades early scoring four first period goals. Florida got on the board late in the first period on a Mathieu Roy tally, then cut the lead in half 37 seconds into the second period on a goal by Matt Pistilli. After Greenville regained the three-goal lead midway through the second period, the Everblades made it interesting scoring a pair of early third period goals by Alex Imbeault and Mitch Fadden, but that was a close as they would get. Florida Special Teams: PP: 0-of-5; PK: 4-of-4.
Friday, November 12 at Greenville Road Warriors 6-3 Loss
The Everblades dropped their second straight to Greenville on Friday night. Just like the previous night the Road Warriors worked their way to a four-goal lead by the time the game was into the third period. The Everblades collected third period tallies from Phil Paquet, Mitch Fadden and Francis Lemieux but the Road Warriors notched a pair of their own third period markers to seal the win. In goal Bobby Goepfert took the loss, allowing six goals on 34 shots. Florida Special Teams: PP: 1-of-6; PK: 4-of-6.
Saturday, November 13 at Greenville Road Warriors 3-0 Loss
The Everblades saw their slump hit three games after falling 3-0 to Greenville on Saturday night. The Road Warriors notched a short-handed goal in the first period, then tallied a pair of early second period markers. That was more than enough for Greenville goalie Nic Riopel who collected his first pro shutout stopping all 32 Everblades shots. In goal for the Everblades Jaroslav Janus suffered the loss allowing three goals on 25 shots. Florida Special Teams: PP: 0-of-5; PK: 4-of-4.
